One year-old internet marketing agency start-up is experiencing a growth spurt and we`re immediately hiring 2 more entry-level staffers for a new type of role involving social media, (i.e. sites like Facebook, LinkedIn). It`s $50/week for 3 months, but there are plenty of growth opportunities for those with the initiative to go for it (and we`re not kidding; only at a startup would you be able to move up that "corporate ladder" at warp speed).
Performance evals are weekly, pay is cumulative, paid monthly (to keep it simpler for us, but you can request your pay to date at any time). You can work from anywhere you want on a schedule of your choosing, although, you will have a team leader, collaborate on everything, and can work from our downtown office if you want.
The work consists primarily of "inviting friends" on Facebook and MySpace and linking in to contacts on LinkedIn and Plaxo. In addition, you would be expected to track everything on a report we`ll give you; that`s what your performance evals and pay will be based on, the accuracy of your tracking reports (since that`s essentially what the client is paying us for).
To make the role more enjoyable, all our teams are 2-person teams, which are also part of larger 10-person groups. If you join our company, anyone you`d like to work with as part of your 2-person team will be automatically fast-tracked and pretty much hired on your recommendation.
Phone interviews will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, as we get your responses, by our Director, Erik. However, candidates who are selected must be available for a short 2-hour training session on Friday, May 1st or Saturday, May 2nd, because we`ve got a Tues, May 5th and Friday, May 8th deadline to get work in to our clients. (We`ll try to work with your availability, though.)
